We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS), order tracking included.
Orders placed Sunday-Friday ship within 24 hours (Saturday orders are shipped the following Monday). Holidays may vary.
Standard flat rate shipping cost is $7.99 (+ $1.50 per additional item). Estimated arrival time of 1-5 business days from shipment date (3-5 days for Hawaii/Alaska).
Flat rate express shipping cost is $17.95 (+ $1.50 per additional item) with an estimated time of arrival of 1 business day from shipment date (2 days for Hawaii/Alaska).
*Please note that we can not guarantee delivery within the carrier (USPS) estimated delivery dates.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping.
Due to the expedited nature of our order processing, please email us immediately (within 4 hours of placing your order) at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email within 24 hours your order was not cancelled.
Due to the expedited nature of our order processing we do not make order substitutions or combinations once an order has been placed.
Returns made within 14 days of delivery are accepted for store credit. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Any item returned outside of the 14 day period will not be accepted and you will be responsible for any associated shipping costs. Please allow 7-10 business days, from our receipt of your returned item, to process your store credit. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your returned item, and a second email detailing the amount credited to your store account (initial shipping cost will be deducted from all credited amounts). If you utilized the guest checkout option you will need to create a customer account in order to obtain store credit. All in person sales are final.

Items intended for final sale (such items will be marked and noted).

We are very sorry but we do not offer exchanges, however items can be returned for store credit.

Please keep in mind that although we are meticulous in our measurements, descriptions, and selections, vintage items in general are more delicate and should be respected in fitting, wearing, and care. Failure to do so may lead to item damage that is no fault of our own. Please know your measurements and size.
